Zhen is an experienced software developer with expertise in SharePoint, including installation, configuration, upgrades, migration, debugging, custom pages and coding.  Prior to owning his own IT consulting firm, Zhen worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a senior SharePoint consultant, leading 2 large SharePoint projects.  From 2004-2012, Zhen worked for 2 IT firms on contract to the Federal Railway Administration (FRA).  He served as a lead developer on 9 large, complex, full life cycle software development projects, including the development and subsequent upgrade of FRA’s SharePoint Portal System and development of its Secure Information Repository.  In these roles, he won an exemplary performance award and an AIRG project award.  Zhen has an MS in Information Systems from George Mason University.

Elizabeth was most recently a Web Designer at a healthcare company, where she collaborated with developers, designers and managers to develop front-end designs for integration into web and mobile applications.  Prior to this she did some contract work through Aquent for NASDAQ and Booz Allen.  Elizabeth spent the bulk of her 15 year career (1998-2009) as a Graphic Designer and Art Director for SilverHook Marketing Communications, providing graphic and web design services to a variety of clients, including government agencies and small and large companies.  She has expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite as well as CSS, HTML and Dreamweaver. She is also proficient in Javascript and JQuery.

Catherine is a finance professional with an MBA and 10+ years experience in financial budgeting, reporting, and costing. From 2002-2006, Catherine moved quickly up the ranks at Covidien, beginning as a Cost Analyst and then Cost Accounting Supervisor.  She was second in charge to the plant controller and oversaw accounts payable, monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, and financial controls. She eventually moved to corporate  where she was a Senior Cost Analyst, coordinating financial reporting for all manufacturing plants and supplying the CEO and CFO with cost information related to new and existing products. Catherine began her career (1994-2000) at The Hartford Financial Services Group, where she was promoted from Treasury Analyst to Team Leader for the Treasury Electronic Funds Transfer Unit.  She has an MBA from Villanova University and a BA from Wheaton College. She is looking for part-time work.
